Epoxy & polyaspartic floors in Mississauga
ArNy is based in Mississauga, so most of our floors are a short drive from the shop. Garages, basements, storefronts and industrial units across the city, with every slab diamond-ground and moisture-tested first.
What we see on Mississauga floors
Builder slabs in newer neighbourhoods
Homes in Churchill Meadows, Meadowvale and Erin Mills often have smooth, sealed garage slabs from the builder. Coatings won’t bond to that. We grind it off first.
Basements near the lake
Older homes in Port Credit, Lorne Park and Clarkson can carry more moisture in the slab. We test every basement before we recommend a system.
Plazas and industrial units
Mississauga has a lot of plaza retail and light industrial space. We schedule commercial work after hours so you can keep operating.

“I messaged a few people on a Saturday about our front porch slab that needed to be repaired. Within an hour Sameer from ARNY COATINGS called me to discuss the job. … Sameer was a pleasure to deal with, Incredibly quick to respond to text messages and the job was completed on time and at a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend ARNY COATINGS to friends and will happily use them again if the need arises.”
